Blean Village Hall Facilities

There are three areas that may be hired, you can book one or more than one hall at a time if available.

Please note: The Secure Play area is not for hiring

The Main Hall (shown red)

Suitable to seat around 60 people (around tables) and complete with kitchenette, a disabled and children's toilets, this hall is ideal for children's parties, occasions and events which would like to be completely separate from the rest of the hall.

There is also a projector which, at prior arrangement, is available for use.

Main hall- 77 sqm/ 829 sq feet - seats approximately 60-70 around tables.

The Community Area (shown blue)

A large hall with doors which opens onto the field & patio if desired. It also features a large fully functioning kitchen with a serving hatch into the hall, separate toilets including disabled (please note access to the Committee Room and store cupboard is through the Community Area).

Community area- 63 sqm/ 678 sq feet- seats approximately 50-60 around tables.

 The Committee Room (shown yellow)

Ideal for Committee Meetings and groups of smaller sizes, (if kitchen facilities are required the large community kitchen can be hired as well if not being used).

Committee room- 27 sqm/ 290 sq feet- seats approximately 30 in rows or 20 around a table.

Car Park

Use of the on-site and secure hall car park is recommended for large private parties, and/or large group or public bookings as it needs to be reserved and arranged at the time of your booking, to ensure availability. This will avoid inconvenience to hirers and local residents as there is limited street parking available in this area.
